Asymmetry rocks!
Here is a new pair of lovely earrings, they are asymetric flowers made of fabric! Hand sewn. I love the soft colors and the golden tones!

Ursa Major
I sold all pieces having my Ursa Major handmade and handpainted cabochons. I must say that I loved them a lot.
Each Ursa was made truly ooak, their price was very friendly, taking into account all the work that I did, but well, that’s a proof of love, I must say.
I’m happy they found each one an owner :)

L’idée m’est venue à l’esprit lors de ma dernière expo-marché quand les gens me posaient toutes ces questions concernant les matériaux que j’utilise. This morning in my mail box there was a hand-written enveloppe from Italy, inside, I got the sweetest Harriet, tied with her heart, alive and kicking…in the enchanted pond. But Frances also included the promisse of Harriet still living as a prince in the after-life beyond. …where her heart doesn’t hurt anymore :-)

Japanese cushion rings - Bagues Coussin Japonais
Made with Japanese cotton fabrics adorned with a glass bead in the middle. They are filled with polyester fiber. The ring is base is adjustable (silver plated nickel and lead free).
So soft and so lovely… they are new in my shop! :)

Finally !
I decided to give a try making new things with fabrics. I felt really inspired with some matryoshka fabrics (some kawaii and Hello Kitty ones too…but they’ll come later!) Now I’ve started designing, cutting, hand stitching, making cute little earrings, necklaces and brooches with the fabric and I am just loving them already, they will be available for sale from next week :)

Do you remember the custom Bonsai tree pendant in my shop?
Well I had a custom order and I just realized that I had some tiny peridots left, and I added a real mother of pearls on top, cute isn’t it?

I’ve been working very hard on new pieces.
My fingers have been twisting some wire and modeling new polymer clay rounds with a multi effect touch, I wanted to get deepness, shapes, contrast and a funny combination of colors.
Metal chains and glass beads are of course added to complete it all! The result is cool, feminine, modern, casual and fresh unique designs.

Last weekend I went to Amsterdam to meet my Etsy fellows for the European Meeting at the artisan Amsterdam Sunday Market. It was a really great experience with my creative friends and the Dutch costumers. We were all very happy and we exchanged lots of warmness, respect and love for each other’s work. I’ve been working with polymer clay a lot these days. I feel inspired to bring more color to my life, and even more variations. Since I decided to marry wire, polymer and crystal I can feel all the possibilities to create what I want.
