Long live the indie crafters!
Since I’m actively involved in the handmade world, I discovered a new way of buying, selling and by far, a new way of living. I love that feeling of knowing more personally WHO makes and HOW the things I use are made.
The more I discover this handmade world and the wonderful people who consecrate a part of their lives to create, the more I feel good, the more I want to share it with the rest of the world…I want to make people discover it too!
I went shopping with a friend yesterday to a regular place that I used to like before, and I really had a hard time finding something that I really like. So I did not buy anything… I think my taste has just changed from the mass produced stuff.
We have amazing professional designers shops in Geneva, but frankly they’re way too much expensive for my budget.
So I found myself trying to convince my friend to convert to the handmade world of Etsy too LOL ;)
