Inspiration sources and new pieces
What is romantic, classical, modern and contemporary all at once?
I found a book about a period in the history of arts that emerged at the end of the 19th century…and I learned that the wish that animated Art Nouveau was to use the traditional arts from past centuries and to make them practical, affordable and beautiful, reflecting aesthetic ideals from that belle époque. Artists got mainly inspired from this to produce a unique movement allying modern techniques, materials and ideas. A whole new way to approach, think and live arts and objects. This is also my inspiration with this little collection…
